Artwork
What paper is used for the artwork?
We use a 260 GSM premium luster photo paper.
Do frames include hanging hardware?
Yes, all framed pieces include a hanging nail, as well as sawtooth hangers on the rear of the frame.
What are your frames made of?
Our frames are made from solid oak, sourced from North Carolina. We take great pride in our quality and are proud to have 100% made in USA products. Our profile size is 0.71 x 1.02 in
Do you use glass or acrylic?
Our frame faces are real glass, 1-2mm thick.
Shipping
What is your estimated shipping time?
Orders have a 1-2 day production time, followed by 1-2 days to be packaged & shipped. Most orders are delivered within 10 business days.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Mount Sterling, Kentucky, where our printing facility is located.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
We custom frame and print each order, so once that process begins, we are unable to make changes. Reach out to us immediately at info@buriedsense.com if you need assistance.
Can I exchange my piece for a different print or size?
All sales are final, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges as each piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives less than perfect, we will send a free replacement. Send us an email at info@buriedsense.com
